Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations clearly when using the tk999od platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

tk999od operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to the platform and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform.

To be eligible to use tk999od, you must confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a tk999od employee or Game Provider employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from tk999od under a prior Account.
6. You are opening only one Account in your own legal name and will not create additional accounts to circumvent any restriction placed on your existing Account.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and betting markets on tk999od, you must complete the registration process and, prior to your first withdrawal, successfully pass the KYC identity verification process. tk999od is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free environment for all Players, and these verification steps are a core component of that commitment.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not
• Notifying tk999od immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
• Ensuring your contact details remain accurate and up to date at all times
• Using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available

tk999od will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your full password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from tk999od, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk999od are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk999od supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, ensuring fast, fee-free transactions for Players across the country.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawal attempts. tk999od does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk999od accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk999od offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on tk999od:

1. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the qualifying period.
3. Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
4. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
5. tk999od reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion with reasonable notice in the event of technical error or evidence of bonus abuse.
6. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors — constitutes prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 and may result in account closure.
7. Players who have requested self-exclusion or applied a deposit limit that prevents them from meeting the minimum deposit threshold are not eligible to receive bonus offers during their restricted period.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on tk999od are provided by independently certified Game Providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by any party, including tk999od staff. Players are encouraged to review the rules of individual games within the game interface before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnections, platform outages, or software errors — tk999od will use Game Provider records to determine the correct outcome of the affected round. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected wager will be returned to the Player's Account balance as a void bet. tk999od's decision in these circumstances is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute process described below.

Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, settlement decision, or payment processing matter should contact the tk999od support team at [email protected] with full details of the disputed transaction or round, including the date, time, game title, and round identifier where applicable. tk999od aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

Prohibited Conduct

tk999od maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Registering more than one Account per individual, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or promotional miscalculations for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud the platform or other Players
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to criminal activity
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or Account-level restrictions
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to operate your Account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward tk999od staff or other Players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the tk999od platform or its proprietary content

Account Suspension & Closure

Either the Player or tk999od may initiate the closure of a Player Account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether closure is voluntary (Player initiated) or involuntary (tk999od initiated).

Voluntary Closure: A Player who wishes to close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Players seeking closure for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool, which provides a structured cooling-off period and links to professional support resources. Upon confirmed voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Player's last-used payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC has been completed. Bonus Funds with unsatisfied wagering requirements are forfeited on voluntary closure.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure: tk999od reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
2. Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
3. Confirmed underage registration or use of the platform
4. Confirmed use of the Account for money laundering or other fraudulent purposes
5. A valid self-exclusion request made by the Account holder under a prior registration
6. A legal instruction from a court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency
7. Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login activity

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. tk999od reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
